::On 19-12-2017 I was with a friend at the restaurant, We ordered two different dishes, I ordered Steak AU Roquefort with fried potatoes. My dish came in first and when I took the first bite I noticed that it was not the dish I had ordered ...I informed MEDIZ (Serveur) this, first he said it was the right dish when... I informed him that the sauce was not roquefort, he took out the dish, then my friend's dish came in. Then we waited and waited for my dish would come in. The time went by and my friend started eating his half hot dish. When he had finished eating, my dish came in. Mediz disappeared quickly ... and to my surprise I did not get any cutlery to eat with ... so now we waited and were waiting again to see Mediz .... after about 15 min we called him ... and after 5 minutes my cutlery came .... while Mediz disappeared quickly ... When I started eating then I saw that now I had not got any potatoes .... so once again we had to wait for Mediz would pop up ... after about 10 min he's com by ... when i wonder where my potatoes went the way .... so said Mediz .. they are in the kitchen and are not ready ... now i was tired of it incredible bad service and ate up the steak that was almost cold ... Then when we were paying, I would like to deduct the price ... Mediz admits after a long discussion a deduction of 15 Diram ...One thing is for sure the treatment and service that Mediz gave us is under all criticism. I have traveled in about 30 countries and this treatment is the worst I've seen in all the years I've traveled around ...I will stay in Dakhla April out ... and none of my customers will I recommend resturang SAMARKAND Peter Nyberg & Wovi From Sweden
